Technical Industrial Sales

Circa £28-30k per year

Job summary:

At least 15 years lifting equipment experience

To have hands on experience of the following: -

  • Installed, tested, repaired electric chain hoists and used a broad range of General Lifting Equipment

Had at least 10 years’ experience within Technical Sales Role,

Lives locally and has local knowledge of markets and already has some kind of customer base.

Worked on, assembled and sold bespoke lifting solutions, KB (track), Jib Cranes, End carriages Over Head Cranes.

Has experience in manufacturing, design (mechanical/ and or mechanical electrical)

Worked with consultants from design to supply and helped with installation and snagging. Projects with a value of in excess of 100k

After sales care, (snagging) any problems (example faults, advice on installation) we need someone who is self-sufficient – doesn’t then pass this work onto other members of staff. We need someone who can deal with the majority of these problems themselves.

Thinks outside the box and offers bespoke solutions/tailored.

Working hours:

  • 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8.30am - 2.30pm Friday

This is a permanent position (following a trial period) with very a competitive salary package, dependent upon experience and skills.

This position is an immediate requirement however we can wait for the ideal candidate.

Sales Co-ordinator (Administrator)

Circa £16-20k per year

Job summary:

At least 4 years’ experience as a sales administration in either a mechanical engineering / install, electrical installation or engineering company (preferably with experience of offsite work).

Typical duties (not exhaustive)

  • Processing web orders
  • Generate quotes under supervision from technical leads
  • Processing Sales Orders
  • Assisting with scheduling process
  • Managing Returns and Sale of return accounts.
  • Liaise with Accounts, workshop and purchasing department or coordinate effective sales processing.
  • Future developments may include the administration of test and inspection work.
  • Ideally Experience of sage.

 Working hours:       

  • 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
  • 8.30am - 2.30pm Friday
